With nearly two decades of experience in recruitment, Zayna brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities that truly fit.
She began her career running a successful Trades & Labour desk, supplying freelance staff across Essex, before moving into white-collar appointments in 2015.
Zayna spent 12 years with a leading national construction and property recruitment agency, managing a team of recruitment consultants, followed by seven years at a privately owned regional consultancy.
