In-Depth Interview and Skill Assessment
- Perform a detailed interview to assess technical skills, construction industry knowledge, and soft skills (e.g., teamwork, problem-solving).
- Where applicable, conduct practical or technical assessments to verify hands-on skills (e.g., operation of machinery, carpentry).

Background and Reference Checks
- Verify previous employment, references, and experience within the construction industry.
- Conduct background checks, ensuring candidates have a clear history and meet any legal requirements for the job (e.g., safety violations or criminal records).

Job Matching and Presentation to Clients
- Match candidates with suitable job openings based on their skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with a summary of qualifications and relevant experience, arranging interviews as necessary.

Placement and Onboarding
- Assist with job offer negotiations, finalizing details such as pay rate, start date, and terms of employment.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring candidates have necessary documents, equipment, and training for their new roles.
- Maintain contact post-placement to ensure smooth integration and satisfaction from both client and candidate.
